Hi

I am confused as it seems all ipads are pretty much called the same thing.

JBHIFI has a 128GB Wifi Ipad for $600 today, is that the latest and most powerful wifi ipad available?

1-day have a few on special as well, hard to know which is which if you aren't an Apple regular.

That is the standard iPad with a RRp of $699 from Apple NZ. I see it on JB HiFi for $618 which is about as good as you'll find for an Apple product. Its not the most powerful available, that would be the iPad Pro but they start $1,100.

Friends don't let friends buy IT devices from 1-day.

Depends what you are using it for, but we downsized our iPads to iPad mini's and love em.  That's a pretty good price for a standard wi-fi only iPad.

Also the cheaper ipad actually has non-bonded screen with a ton more reflection/glare even compare to the ipad air 2.

Basically save up and buy the new ipad pro or wait :v

Apple should be coming out with a new model soon, and apparently they are making at least some models to be more like the iPhone X. The current cheaper iPad as others have said, has a non bonded screen so the screen from the glass, so the screen isn’t as good as the iPad air2. It is also thicker than an air 2.

I have a new 10.5 Pro and it's very good.

I use it with a Brydge keyboard and the Apple Pencil, so it is basically a small laptop. I do wish I could use a mouse with it.

Edit - I do sometimes wish I had gone for the 12" version though.

Highly recommend you DO NOT get tech from 1-day, lots of reports of bad experiences.
