Am looking for a decent iPhone car kit that has the following features:

1. Charge the iPhone
2. Have a built in FM transmitter that is compatibile with NZ FM frequencies
3. Provide the facility to use the car speakers in hands free mode

The only thing I've seen close is this on eBay which looks like it has everything I want but am not sure about it's quality.  I've also found this You Tube video that looks to be the same product, but am a bit concerned about the beep that occurs every minute though!

Has anyone else found or seen similar units?

Haven't seen any decent commercial kits.  I use a Blueant speakerphone, and a kensington cradle that is suctioned on to the windshield.  looks a lot better than it sounds :P

I looked at this a couple of months ago, the guy did a fairly good job of integrating his iphone to his car but it's a hack - not a commercial offering.  food for thought though:

Check out the video clip. Compatible with iPhones. But unfortunately don't seem to be able to get it over this side of the world?!?
