On July 10th (iPhone eve) in Dunedin (if we get a midnight release) Would a bunch of geekzone members like to meetup and grab a bite for tea before the line up at the vodafone shop to get prime picks on their iPhones?
Wouldn't it be nice to have someone to talk to when your in line for a good few hours?

I recon there will only be a release in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch. If I was Vodafone and had limited stock I'd narrow it down a bit!! :)
You should keep your ear to the ground, then trip-it to Chch with a deckchair and camp-out.
Look on the bright-side, at least you won't need accommodation!

Without giving away anything I may or may not know.
I suggest meeting up in Dunedin should be postponed to the Early friday morning. (5,6,7 or 8 depending on how many people line up early)

Could still be a breakfast catchup.
With a number of venues in Dunedin shown, it would be good to understand the allocations to various stores.

As this post here shows that is a myth. NZ does not have the most expensive pricing. NZ's pricing compares reasonably favourably with many (but not all) other operators. The iphone plans also compare very well to existing price plans in NZ - did anybody seriously think that VF would suddenly half their existing pricing overnight?
