Hello - I recently came back from a short trip to Rarotonga. While in the Cook Islands, I used a sim card from the local telco

Upon returning to NZ and inserting the original SIM card, the phone only shows 3G reception not 4G. Is this spurious, or is there a setting I should be changing?

Check

Settings> mobile > mobile data options >voice and data and check that 4g is ticked
