For the last 6 odd months I’ve been needing to reboot my iPhone 7 every 2 weeks as data speeds get extremely slow. Once rebooted they’re back to normal. Phone is running ios11.3 (was having issues on previous versions) and operating on Spark. It’s not a major but gets a little frustrating. Any help/ideas would be much appreciated!

WiFi or mobile data?

Lazy is such an ugly word, I prefer to call it selective participation

Does putting it in and out of flight mode achieve the same result?,

Or do you need to do a full reboot?

There's been several updates to iOS since 11.3, so may pay to install the updates first.

Good question. Haven’t tried. Will do next time it happens

Yeh I know. I’ve heard 11.4.1 rinses your battery so may need to wait until ios12 to see if that helps

Not sure what rinsing a battery is, but in addition to various bug fixes there is the battery health beta to monitor battery degradation.

Updates just install over top of each other.  Try doing a full restore which will wipe and reinstall iOS.
