I decided to upgrade my old iPad with one of the new ones released last week... it was quite expensive but I decided I could afford it by maxing out my credit card, but I would still have $300 credit to last me through until my next pay day...

Last night when I went to fill my car with fuel for the week, but my card was declined.
Checked online and Apple had charged me twice, seperately, for the keyboard .. an extra $299..
So i called apple this morning.. and they said oops... we made a mistake, you should see your money back in 5 days...
I said, thats fine but I live 30km from my work, I wont have gas in my car after today... how do I get to work.. their only answer was to say sorry... and no they dont offer any compensation.
They also refused to cancel my order and refund my total purchase.
Surely its fraud if you use someones credit card details to bill them for something that they didnt authorise?
