Hello

I have been getting this error "Unable to set up touch ID, please try again" - i have tried resetting the ipad and still no joy, wondering if there anyone else has come across this error?

I have the 9.7" ipad pro 2016 version. Its has just randomly started doing this from late last year and i thought it would go away once the IOS updated but hasn't and i have the latest IOS still no joy.

Appreciate any guidance or help from anyone who can help.

Thank you.

I would tweet @applesupport
I’ve done it a couple of times now and always get a response rather quickly.
I don’t even bother wasting my time trying to google answers now.

I used their online chat a couple of days ago with a small mouse issue. I was chatting to someone within a couple of minutes. It’ll ask for your serial number to begin with.
