Hi,

I updated my ATV4K to 12.3 earlier this week and I am having some issues with the TVNZ and Lightbox apps.

- TVNZ - seems to log out my username several times a day.  But not always.  Some issues with maintaining credentials.

- Lightbox - sound drops out at random when playing back shows.   Resetting the Lightbox app does not work, required a reboot of ATV.   Does not seem to impact other apps.

Is anything else seeing similar symptoms?

Mike

That is strange. No issues for me with either of those apps on 12.3.

Have you tried deleting them and reinstalling?

Also having strange issues with the TVNZ app but I’m sure it started before I updated the OS.
Haven’t used lightbox.

Opinions are my own and not the views of my employer.

I uninstalled and reinstalled Lightbox and will see if I have the same issues.

I note that the TVNZ app had an update yesterday, so will cross fingers that the issue is solved.

I normally run the ATV with my US account active.   I am not sure if I have to switch back to my NZ account for it to kick in the updates.   I would expect not.

I haven't noticed any issues with scrolling left and right yet.

Whilst the difficult we can do immediately, the impossible takes a bit longer. However, miracles you will have to wait for.
