Got an email from Apple to say GOT season 8 available for purchase.

Clicked on link and it came up not available in NZ store but available in Australian Store and asked me if wanted to go there.

So iTunes opened up and there it was about $24.00 for entire season.

There was other TV programs there as well, wondering if a purchase would work. Individual programs were around $3.49

It doesn’t work, comes up when go to purchase account not valid in this region.

Don’t know why Apple sent Email.

Now my IPad Pro is stuck in the Australian region, as I have an account credit it won’t let me change regions in account settings as credit must be spent first, but I’m unable to spend credit as in wrong region, grrgh.

Tested on iPhone and looks like phone is still NZ region so can purchase on that, so hopefully it’s just IPad that is stuck and I can spend credit on other devices, and then change IPad back to NZ.

I’ve tried IPad shut down restart, no difference.

Whilst the difficult we can do immediately, the impossible takes a bit longer. However, miracles you will have to wait for.

It has worked it’s self out. I went back into View Apple ID, this time I had to type password instead of finger print, maybe because of shut down.

Then can’t remember if clicked on change region or it just came up, your account is not supported in this region, changing back to NZ.

It’s all working good, maybe Apple read what’s here or it would’ve sort itself out any way.

If you get get someone in Australia to send you a gift card then you can create an AU account (with a different email address) and obtain the videos that way.

That's why you need a different account/email for each region where you want to have an iTunes presence.

Yeah, I got that email as well, you can get the entire series boxed set for $174 (includes additional content etc). But yes, it took me to the NZ store initially before switching me across to the AU one. Not a bad deal for over 70 hours of programming.
