Hello

New Iphone 3G owner here

Watching some U-tube videos on personalizing the iphone. I got as far as customizing the ringtones.

Now I'm wondering if someone cud be kind enuff to gimme some hints on how to go about the process of jailbreaking the iphone. This I hear will allow me to use my custom sounds for "new text message" , "mail" etc. and other alerts.

I have downloaded many progs from many sites like  QuickPwnGUI.zip......iphone browser 1.4......WinSCP...
but i duno how to use them and instructions on some web sites are complicated if not scary.... so any ideas guy where shud i start ....thxxxxxx
