So who's dropping 20k on the entry level model with the display and stand. I take it you are all buying one ??.

I'm very interested/intrigued to see what kind of pricing they come up with for NZ. My prediction is $22k (incl. GST) for a base Mac Pro, Pro Display XDR and the XDR stand.

Prices are about as ridiculous as you’d expect. $10k for the base Mac Pro, so @benjip you were pretty much bang on the 22k price guess.

$90k for a fully spec’d Mac Pro and $12k for a monitor and stand

Wow I was off by only $297.

It's a "yikes" from me.

I'd be really keen if I won lotto...five times in a row.

In saying that, I don't need to have all that processing power and would be just as happy with a Mac Mini i7and 5K ultrawide monitor...but even that would set me back more than it should through Apple.

But their stuff is so nice and shiny! And it lasts!!!

No, much as I would like to!

I decided it would be unaffordable sans Lotto input, so settled for an iMac Pro, which I like a lot.
