As a man, I won’t be tracking my period.
How do I get that functionality to go away? Every time I open Health it’s there wanting to track my cycle...!
Edit. Odd that even though it knows I’m male it’s still there!
tardtasticx: I don’t seem to get those notifications, wonder what’s causing you to get it?
Also had a look to see if you can remove a function in Health or disable it, doesn’t seem like you can.
If you click your profile in the top right corner and go to Health Profile does it show your gender as male or something else?
Used to be you could go into the Health settings and turn on/off the metrics you were interested about. Just had a look on my XR in iOS 13 and it doesn't look like it anymore, at least doesn't look like it used to.

Seems you can hide it from the Apple Watch screen but not the iPhone. Why they would think the male half of the population would want their screen space taken up with that I have no idea.
