So On Facer there is a watch face like this

I am pretty sure it is NOT achieved with multiple photos in a folder , i may be wrong.

 

Does anyone happen to know what the ability is called ? or how it is achieved? google is stumped or i am not asking the right question!

that is what i thought at first just hopeing it wasnt I wanted to create a quote thingy "quote a day" type of thing each quote pushed from file somewhere.

You could try using the automation feature in the Shortcuts app in your iPhone.

You'd need to save the quotes as photos and then create watchfaces from them (which is really simple)
