I have an iPhone SE 2020, OS 14.7.1

If i call a number and it answers with menu options to select, e.g. push 1 for office push 2 for sales etc, I can push my keypad but it does nothing. Eventually the call terminates.

It doesn't matter if i have it on speakerphone or not, it simply doesn't work.

Anyone have any ideas?

Update the iOS would be the first thing to try so that all the bug fixes are rolled in.

Are you using the ‘Active’ keypad? There is one keypad for sending dtmf tones and another for making other calls

Restarted a few times and now it suddenly works. I will update to the latest OS though as suggested anyway.
