I have rewritten my APN Changer as a Offline Webapp (all in javascript) so people can install it on their Iphone and change their APN even whilst being offline.
Unfortuately it only works 99% except (well the important part doesn't work) becuase of a bug on the iphone software which I have reported to Apple (unless someone can help me do it another way).
Unfortately bugreport.apple.com says they may not respond/fix/look at my bug or even say its a bug or not a bug (anyone from apple reading this who can help me)

I need an alternative to:
window.open('data:application/x-apple-aspen-config;base64,'+configfile,"_top"); that will set the content-disposition filename (which I _think_ will fix the problem).
