My iPhone 12 doesn't connect automatically to a Bluetooth connection.

If I'm in my car, I need to go in to Bluetooth and choose my car, before it connects.

Same issue with my headset, so it must be the phone.

This issue disappears if I restart the phone, but after a day or so, it returns.
