Stop trying the password because it will just wipe the phone if you keep doing the same thing. Contact Apple for help.

Contacted Apple, I'm basically screwed. There is no work around, there is one option to reset the phone which will wipe everything.

Outside of the password workaround options there are some other services that "maybe" able to help
But that would depend on your appetite for the data vs the potential costings for the service. Above is one example
