Im bit of a n00b with iPhones (want one but cant afford it) so forgive me if this is a straight forward query....

Ive been given an iPhone at work to reset for a new staff member to use. Currently when I goto the About screen, it shows the previous users name. Also when I enter the Apps store it shows the previous users details etc.

How do I start from scratch so I can enter the new users details ? Ive tried using the Reset option on the iPhone but the previous name stays....

Theres no data etc that has to be kept on it.

TIA

Im pretty sure you synch it with iTunes and change settings from within there.

Do you mean give it a new name etc?

The force is strong with this one!
