Also is the a way to turn of GPRS so you dont have to pay for data (on the $30 month plan with no data) but still use MMS?, also does MMS cost 20 cents plus the data used over GPRS?

You need to seperate out your different issues into different threads, and where your query relates to an operators pricing, you need to specify the operator.
