Mine would be the iglow stick, my kids love it although I get a bit nervous when they start shaking the phone.

My favourite is Skype. I have a deal with Skype this month for free calls to actual phone numbers anywhere in the world. Not sure why they were so generous to me as I don't have a subscription plan with them.
