Seriously apple website is s**t i'd rather ask the people here because im more likely to get half decent answers.

Anyway... im just wondering whether constantly charging your iphone (3GS) when its not empty will degrade the battery life. I know these kinds of batteries supposedly arent affected by this, but i often just leave my iphone connected to the pc whenever im around it (which honestly is most of the day and night).

Will constantly charging it like this cause any problems? Sometimes it only runs down to 80-95% before i put it back on the charger and then it stays there for hours.

Eventually after several charges like this it will equate to one full charge. And count as a cycle. Once a month drain to nothing then charge all the way up. Will caliberate ur battery and keep it performing awesome
