i have downloaded the xt iphone carrier file from iphonewzealand and extracted the ipcc file to change the carrier logo to display the new telecom scribble/splash logo, i have changed the logos and am now left with the payload folder, how can i change the payload folder to the .ipcc file iphone needs, cheers
