The launch of the Apple iPad got me looking at the feature set of the device.

It's virtually identical to the iPod Touch but for the larger screen and the addition of 3G broadband in some versions.

I've never jailbroken by iPod Touch, but a video on YouTube showed how you could make your iPod Touch look just like an iPad.....and that seemed like a really cool idea.

So I downloaded BlackRa1n and got stuck in. A wee while later I had my iPod all pimped out like an "iPad Nano". OK...my screen is a lot smaller, but with the addition of ProSwitcher and Backgrounder my iPod can now multi-task....and the iPad can't (unless jailbroken). :-)

See? Here's a screenshot of my device as it is now.

My iPod Touch is now an iPad 'Nano'

Hmmm... cool but kind of looks like a chinese knock-off of an iPad rather than an actual Apple device. I'd restore!
