I have an iPod Touch, and i'd like mobile internet access without upgrading to the iPhone, so i'm after a WiFi personal hotspot that will connect me to a 3G network. 2degrees seems to offer great value, and i'm not really concerned about speed.

Perhaps something like this, but there are probably other options. Has anyone tried the Vodafone one, or heard of a good device that will take a 2degrees SIM?

Thanks 1estar, I just found that myself :) They're NZ$279 with 2GB of data, not too bad. I'll do a search for info about them.

The MyZone looks great too! Where'd you get it from, and how much did it cost?

I just picked up the Huawei E585 on trademe for $200. It's a newer model than the one 2degrees is selling, and cheaper too. I'll report on how it works once I get it :)
