Hiya,

Just heard that vodafone has organized a block on iPhone4's being sold via telecom due to vodafone having an exclusive agreement with apple.

Anyone have any idea how long the phones could be held up for ?

Cheers,
H

Unsure what you mean. Telecom don't sell iPhones.

the company i work for is going to xt from vodafone ... and one of the phone options is iphone (well subsidized).... the person organizing it said that hes been told ... he was told that it should mean more than a weeks delay .... but with a three week delivery time ... its holding up the switchover (AFAIK)

It says on the Apple Store (New Zealand) that the expected delay is 3 weeks, and I was fairly sure that Telecom purchase them through the Apple Store, so I would say that explains the delay.

Sorry, i wasn't clear earlier ... we were told three weeks from the outset - but have been told all telecom orders are on hold...

Nah, Vodafone blocked those too.
