Hey

Looking at getting an iPhone on a smart1 plan from vodafone and only interested in jailbreaking it. Does anyone know what iOS will come on the device stock from vodafone? Because been reading that 4.1 is the easiest to jailbreak and I dont want a new device stuck with a OS and I cant jailbreak.

Anyone able to shed some light on my situation,
Thanks:)

Probably be 4.2.1 but im sure you could downgrade it though.

If its lesser version which i doubt if bought new, as soon as you plug it in to activate it will tell you to upgrade. Im sure you can cancel that though.

Remember jail breaking voids the warranty (i believe).

Is normally the latest so will be 4.2.1
Won't be able to downgrade as you won't know your shsh for old versions

Are you going to magnum mac? They might still have 4.1 versions depending on their stock
