Its of limited use, unlike the Windows Phone 7 app which can supposedly control the XBox itself. I like the UI.

Having used Xbox Companion for WP7, the "control" isn't all it's cracked up to be.  It's a black screen with 8 touch buttons (Y, X, A, B, Up, Down, Left, Right) and doesn't really look all that great.  All the real meat is the same stuff this My Xbox Live app can do.
