Just received:

Now that the launch phase for the iPhone has finished, we’re changing the subsidies on some iPhone plans.

The good news is, Telecom still offers the lowest iPhone handset pricing in the market for the two lowest 24 month plans available, and maintains great value across our range.

Reduced subsidies apply to the iPhone on the 24 month $40 and $60 Smartphone Plans. An increased subsidy applies for the iPhone 4s 64GB on the 24 month $140 Smartphone Plan, changing the price from $199 to $0.

Current special launch pricing:

The price chart above was a bit misleading... however it is only showing those affected plans, so the $80, $100, $120 and $170 plans are the same as current after the midnight.
