Hi Doug, maybe take it to a phone or computer repair guy and see what they can do. Might be nothing much wrong with it, or maybe there is some cheap hack to get it working again. If repair is more than you can afford maybe they can swap it for something you need. Also you might get lucky with time payment or something.

You're looking for a LP (Low Profile) card. We use ATI 2400's in our workstations or ATI 5450's to drive 3 monitors.
