The problem is as soon as I take that one out too, it's not a working PC so I am left selling all of the components separately and my boss has told me not to waste the time doing that. I was keen to avoid TM but I've already gone below the minimum price my boss had originally set. You could always buy the whole thing, take out the card and sell the components? You'd probably cover most/all of the cost of the card so you'd get it effectively for nothing.

Can't afford the whole thing, the memory might interest me too. I currently have Kingston 2x 4GB Hyper X 1600MHz DDR3 Non-ECC CL10 DIMM - if yours is similar?

I have a GTX560 currently if you wanted to do it as a swap and cash then you can still sell the PC?

The memory is similar but afraid that I really can't split it, if it was my money I would but anything we get just goes back in the hardware pot so the hassle just isn't worth it. Thanks for the offer but I think it'd be even tougher to sell with a 560 in it.

Just the one GPU now but price has been lowered accordingly (to $1350), it's going on TM this evening so will post the link up here if anyone is interested although I expect it will go for quite a bit more there.

TradeMe seems to be dead or dying tonight so on the off-chance anyone is still following this and hoping for a lower price - $1300 for the lot or $1200 without the 250GB drive, $1150 with no drives.
