I put this system together as my main work PC and some light gaming but we've recently switched to Macs and I can't justify keeping it for gaming as I only manage an hour or two each week.

It's a beast of a machine, handling anything you could throw at it, I'll format the drives and install Windows 8.1 (unless the buyer would prefer otherwise).

I'd prefer buyer to collect or meet in Christchurch area due to the weight.

Case: Fractal Design R4
Gigabyte GA-Z87X-D3H
CPU: i5 3.4GHz 4670K
Cooler: Noctua NH-C14
RAM: 8GB 1600DDR3
GPU: SLI Gigabyte G1 Gaming 970GTX
PSU: Superflower Leadex Gold 750W
HDD: 250GB Samsung 830 SSD & 120GB Samsung 840 EVO SSD

Can also include a Logitech DiNovo Edge keyboard :)

Looking for about $2000.

(The two traditional HD drives in the pics are not included as they're going to be used in my NAS box)

Hey, have you listed a price, location and how much shipping would be to other parts of New Zealand? Also if you are asking for a PM make sure your Privacy settings allow your account to receive PM otherwise people can't contact you. Also note if you are selling something we ask you to offer to other members first. Links to private sales (including Trade Me posts) aren't accepted anymore and will be removed.

Yep :)

For some reason the last pic didn't link properly (explains why you asked about the two cards), I've fixed that so you can see them now

Any chance you keen to sell one of the GPUs separately?

Not at the moment I'm afraid, if I can't sell it complete then I'll list on TM and if still no luck then I'll split it up.

No problem - worth an ask. All the best. Let me know if you decide to sell one of the GPU's

One thing I can tell you for certain, your box will be worth more as parts than as a bundle.

Might be. All the parts are good name/brand (except don't know what RAM is) parts.

I could definitely get more selling separately but since it was a work-funded machine, anything I get just goes back to the company. I want to get a fair price but my boss isn't keen on me spending the time to take it apart and list/sell everything separately, especially on TM which seems to attract a very special kind of idiot at times ;)

The RAM is just Kingston stuff, nothing special but I've never seen great returns on spending 2-3 times as much.

Just curious if your boss hates you?

If I had a nice dual GPU windows gaming PC as my work PC, and my boss made me switch to a mac, I'd be jobhunting!

Hahaha it is a Mac Pro so it's a lovely machine and a quarter of the size so it's not all bad. I also get to work from home and love coding so the idea of going elsewhere doesn't appeal at all.

Price lowered to $1900ono, if you don't want it all then you could buy it and sell any parts you don't want :)

Final drop to $1350, genuinely surprised no one has bought this. Half tempted to just stick it in the garage at this rate!
