Well on the plus side, it's the style of house I like. (Real materials). The kitchen is nice. Need more pics though on the RA site.

Should be, the world is becomming one massive clutter of wifi networks... its the next 'traffic jam' of the future. 

 

 

Well maybe. maybe not.

 

Here we have the ONT and a cable running to the only device we use. No smartphones, no wifi printers, well they're capable, just no need.

 

So why would I need cabling throughout? Pretty redundant really.

What does real estate agent say? Say you want xxxx dollars. You only need one buyer. They may have that one buyer who might even pay xxxx + yyyy. Which may be more than the commission they charge which, as with most things in life, always negotiable.
