Looking for a new home in Lower Hutt?

Our fully geeked-out home is for sale. I’ve installed structured cabling throughout which includes tie lines between house and office.

Please do ask any questions if you have any.

At least two ethernet ports in each room and two RG6. And 7 in office with two RG6 (from memory).
Patch panels in both office and attic of house.

You win

We have a 5 BR house, 12 ethernet ports. But one is in the storage area in the stairwell. So in times of wife knows it all, I am covered. DogBoxPremium+

I have a 3BR house and my 48 port switch has enough ports... JUST. I think there's about 42 ports in total - of course not all used.

ALso, that's a nice place - I like the garage/office..

Woah. Heh. I have one 8 way patch panel in the office and 2x 8 port patch panels in the attic.

Oh and thanks :). Has taken a lot of hard work for the house/office.

DIY most of it. Apart from garage building of course, and plastering (I wouldn’t even attempt that)

What you have no confidence in the REA?

160 Kings Crescent, Hutt Central, Lower Hutt

Homes Estimate: $705,000 (Apr 2018)

That pic doesn't thrill me, right up front and the other up it's behind.  Not sure ethernet ports are high on my list of what I look for.
