I have a Raspberry Pi 3 Model B V1.2 in a case. Don't know any other specs though.

You can have for $20 + shipping if you want another one :)

That seems a bit on the high side but beggars can't be choosers when a lot of places cannot supply. I've seen them quite a bit cheaper elsewhere but you have to wait for stock to arrive.
