No issues if on a wool carpet. ESD concerns if on a synthetic carpet, but assemblies have all pins of ICs connected to something so generally not an issue especially in a country with humidity levels greater than tropical. The only possible concern is on the PCIe connection, but they are impedance matched and should not build up ESD.
