Or a short Sata extension cable. Plenty online via Google but no-one in NZ (Jaycar, Dick Smith, PCForce) have any.

Would appreciate an address is anyone knows where one's for sale.

Every time I have tried either joiners or additional sockets etc between the PC and the drive I have had issues, and one time that was just with a 1m esata cable and a passthru PCI slot adapter to the mobo sata ports.

Im not sure if there are better quality ones available, but the cheapies I tried were pretty poor performing.
