In the early part of 2012 I built a server, to use as a hyper-v home lab. This has now come surplus to requirements and thus up for sale.
The build is as follows:

  • Intel Core i5 2400 Sandy Bridge 3.1GHz 6MB Cache LGA 1155 95W Quad-Core Processor
  • Asus P8Z77-V Intel Z77 ATX Ivy Bridge Socket 1155 4x DDR3 PCI-E3.0 RAID CrossFireX SLI USB3.0 SATA3 WirelessN Onboard VGA/DVI/HDMI/DisplayPort
  • Corsair 16GB (4x4GB) DDR3 1600MHz CL9 Vengeance Memory for AMD, Intel Dual Channel DDR3 CMZ16GX3M4A1600C9B
  • 1 x WD Caviar Blue 1 TB SATA Hard Drives ( WD10EALX)
  • Seasonic 560 watt fully modular - 80 plus gold PSU - http://www.seasonicusa.com/NEW_X-series_560-660-760-850.htm
  • Thermaltake V3 Black Edition Mid Tower Case With 500W PSU Rear 120mm silent fan with brilliant Blue LED
Top kit that has hardly had any use. I was studying for my 70-659 exam and used to it to learn about Hyper-V 2008 R2. For my next exam 70-410 I can use my laptop to stand up the odd 2012 server VM as and when I need to.

Asking price is: $700

I live in Auckland CBD, Parnell.
You are more than welcome to come round and check the system out.
Pick up only -  It would cost the earth to courier it out.

Thank you for looking

Old photo - has been for sale before

Hey, have you listed a price, location and how much shipping would be to other parts of New Zealand? Also if you are asking for a PM make sure your Privacy settings allow your account to receive PM otherwise people can't contact you.

How would you feel about shipping to Palmerston North?

This think looks like a beast! Only wish I had a bit more spare money, like about $649 more...

Yeah it could be shipped.
But NZ post prices are costly as!!!

I have all the boxes so packaging wont be an issue

We could come to some arrangement.
PM me if you want and we can have a chit chat.
