Does anyone know of a good commercial lawyer or done business with them?
Cheap is good but not always good... :)

They need to have a good understanding of IT which would involve a merger and partnership with an overseas IT company.

He wouldn't come cheap but somebody who does have great experience and knowledge in the IT area is Rick Shera. I've never had any business dealings with him but do know him.
