Did not choose to upgrade it yet to iOS 7 because would like to preserve the jailbreak.

iPad condition is near mint with minor usage mark. There a very tiny dent on the lower right side which does not affect usage.
Screen it well protected with screen protector since bought and there is no scratches on the glass.
changing the screen protector is a good idea as i have been using it for a while now.
No mark or scratch at the back side of the ipad, and not even a single scratch on the glossy apple logo.
All buttons work flawlessly.
Under normal usage battery still last for a very long time.
