If you're looking for a low cost solution you'll probably be disappointed

Ive used several from these guys over the years:
http://www.tennatron.co.nz/cellphone/
Based in Motueka and sell all over the country. There's also an outfit in the North Island (Hawkes Bay area I think) that makes a copy of these.
You'll probably find both on trademe
