Must be NZ new (for warranty reasons), and excellent condition. Willing to pay up to $950 for a 16GB or $1050 for a 32GB.. Preferably silver, definitely not gold.

Hey, have you listed a price, location and how much shipping would be to other parts of New Zealand? Also if you are asking for a PM make sure your Privacy settings allow your account to receive PM otherwise people can't contact you. Also note if you are selling something we ask you to offer to other members first. Links to private sales (including Trade Me posts) aren't accepted anymore and will be removed.

That is just a link to this forum post... Was that intentional?

It's a link to someone who posted yesterday afternoon selling what you are wanting to buy....

Oh, for some reason that link just takes me back to this very post, maybe because I'm on my phone. I can't afford a 64GB and all those being sold on that forum post from yesterday are US imported, so the warranty is not valid here.

It still is, you can phone Apple direct for warranty enquiries. Make him an offer and just see if he takes it.

But if I need it to be replaced or serviced I can't from what I've heard. The apple website says iPhone warranty is only valid in the country of purchase.

I have replaced my iPhone bought in US with the local apple care support here without any issues.
