I have a Dell Zino HD, black for sale. Comes with 4GB RAM but not HDD. 

It supports 1080i, but it will skip frames if playing video content at that resolution. Play content no problems on 720p. Used as Windows 7 Media Center here before.

Asking $100 + shipping.
