I got two of these brand new Qi chargers. Been using them myself on my Nexus 7 2013 for a while and they're pretty good. They are glossy black and come with a white USB cable. You need to supply your own USB power adaptor. $25 including postage.

I don't usually charge from empty, but it's about 20% per hour.
