I bought 2 of these airplay speakers. Unfortunately my dad did not like it much so I kept his and am selling my one (brand new, unused, still in wrapping). Unfortunately I dont have the box of this anymore. I had bought it from USA when I was there.

They are quite loud for their size and are perfect for the living area/kitchen or anywhere you wish you had wireless speakers. I use my one in my lounge and when I have guests over, I use my iPad to play music through them. They are airplay speakers so they connect to your wifi and as long as your iDevice is on the same wifi (or network) it should be able to detect the speakers.

I have also been able to play music through my HTC One as well - it appears as a DLNA device under devices.

Klipsch on Amazon - to see the exact specs. I prefer the buyer to pick this item up from Ellerslie - it is quite heavy (about 3kg of pure speaker goodness).  You can mount this on the wall as well. You can also play music through the AUX as well (why would you get an airplay speaker in this case).

I have also been able to play iTunes music from my PC in my room too. I would not be selling this if my house was big enough for 2 of these beauties. Unfortunately (or fortunately), this speaker is loud enough to be heard in the whole house. This is a must buy if you have the casual get togethers and always wished that your speaker system was wireless for you to be control using your iDevice!!.

PM me if anyone wants to make a reasonable offer or needs more information. To the buyer - I can demo the one I have got sitting in my lounge to show how it works if needed!

If you want it to be shipped, it can be organised at the buyer's expense and risk.

I had purchased it for 250USD.

I am happy to part with it for $200NZD. It has all the accessories it ships with as well - comes with white fabric cleaning gloves - fancy!! as well as speaker cover.

Hey, have you listed a price, location and how much shipping would be to other parts of New Zealand? Also if you are asking for a PM make sure your Privacy settings allow your account to receive PM otherwise people can't contact you. Also note if you are selling something we ask you to offer to other members first. Links to private sales (including Trade Me posts) aren't accepted anymore and will be removed.

hmm - unfortunately not these ones. They connect to the Wifi and devices that you have connected to the wifi should be able to pick it up. Its not purely Apple only - since I can use my android phone (HTC One) and play music through these speakers over the wifi.

With bluetooth, you would be restricted to be within a few feet of the speakers. With Wifi, I have been able to play music from anywhere in my wifi reception area - much more handy i reckon. Also, there is no need for pairing, no need to press any buttons or anything. You just connect to the wifi, select the speakers from the airplay option (in Apple devices) and just play.
