Do you already have the face plates suitable for keystone jacks ?
or do you intend to use PDL or Clipsal face plates with keystone addaptors?

If the later it will probably be cheaper in the long run to by the jack & adaptor sets together from Russels

They are pretty cheap from PB Tech, but now you say that Russell kit will be cheaper, might go with them to get the cable as well
