If anyone has any SIM cards for the following countries, I'd be interested in purchasing/borrowing them, especially if there's some credit left or they can be topped up by credit card online. Especially the non-EU ones as I have a German SIM card with half-decent EU roaming options, but outside the EU the rates become exorbitant:
Australia
United Arab Emirates
Germany (only if has credit, otherwise I have one)
Bosnia & Herzegovina
Croatia
Montenegro
Albania
Kosovo
Macedonia (FYROM)
Bulgaria
Romania
Moldova
Italy
