I have a Nexus 4 16GB for sale. Was purchased in March 2013 and is still in great condition.

 

Purchased from Warehouse Stationery, comes with charger/cable and the original box and receipt. Also included a Qi wireless charging pad.

 

The phone is in pretty good condition, there are a 1 or 2 small scratches on the back and only a few very faint marks on the front which aren't really visible. There’s a small mark on the bottom of the bezel near the USB port.

Phone is currently rooted and running Cyanogen Mod 11, I can restore is to stock android if you prefer.

Looking for $250.
