WTB - Serial DB9M - DB9F cable for APC UPS.

Part number 940-0024C

Note: A standard DB9 serial cable (null modem) is not suitable.

Last time I saw a genuine one they were about $40

Takes off about 2 mins to make one from a regular cable.

look for pinout and you can make one yourself. I once made one but cannot find it after move house...

That is an option, however, as I live in a part of the country where I'd have to order the parts in anyway, I thought if someone had one lying around and would sell at a reasonable price, I'd take the easy route.
