WTB - Serial DB9M - DB9F cable for APC UPS.

Part number 940-0024C

Note: A standard DB9 serial cable (null modem) is not suitable.

Or: If someone knows a good source for a clone who will ship here?

Please contact by PM.

Hey, have you listed a price, location and how much shipping would be to other parts of New Zealand? Also if you are asking for a PM make sure your Privacy settings allow your account to receive PM otherwise people can't contact you. Also note if you are selling something we ask you to offer to other members first. Links to private sales (including Trade Me posts) aren't accepted anymore and will be removed.

Last time I saw a genuine one they were about $40

Takes off about 2 mins to make one from a regular cable.

Obscene price I know...

I will make one up if I can't get a nice, tidy premade one at a reasonable price.

Cheers.

I've had a look on Fishpond after your suggestion but there is no $9 cables anymore (from what I can see)

That is an option, however, as I live in a part of the country where I'd have to order the parts in anyway, I thought if someone had one lying around and would sell at a reasonable price, I'd take the easy route.
