I purchased this power supply from Computer Lounge of November 2013 and used it from Feburary 2014 - July 2014 where I upgraded to my currently 750W Coolermaster.
Will have a look for the receipts and if found they will be included.
The power supply is semi modular and 80PLUS GOLD efficient and ran my 4570 and 770 without any issues at all.

Pick up is in Auckland but can ship anywhere in the North Island for 10 and South for 15
