I have been running three of these and they are gorgeous! I'm being forced to move to Mac by my work and so these are no longer needed.

They are fantastic screens, the colors and contrast are great and they are amongst the best reviewed on Amazon - http://www.amazon.com/Dell-927M9-IPS-LED-27-Inch-LED-lit-Monitor/dp/B009H0XQPA . The only downside is that they are glossy so if you have a window directly behind you then they might not suit.

Happy to sell 1, 2 or 3 at once. I'm based in Darfield for pickup or can meet in Christchurch area, not looking to post as I don't have the original boxes, only the screens themselves and the bases and power units.

They were set up on my desk and haven't moved since so no dings or scratches and still sell for $450-500 -http://www.elive.co.nz/dell-s2740l-27inch-ips-monitor-AC03074.php

Looking for $295 for one, open to offers if anyone wants 2 or 3.

Hey, have you listed a price, location and how much shipping would be to other parts of New Zealand? Also if you are asking for a PM make sure your Privacy settings allow your account to receive PM otherwise people can't contact you. Also note if you are selling something we ask you to offer to other members first. Links to private sales (including Trade Me posts) aren't accepted anymore and will be removed.

Ahh drats. Was just about to PM when I realised that you are in south island. All the best with the sale. I have seen this monitor in play, it actually is quite nice.

Sorry mate, I'd offer to post if I had the packaging but the polystyrene had a fight with our 4 year old and lost.

Haha I'm one of the lucky ones, I love my job and will most likely end up running Bootcamp anyway. It's more of a hardware standardisation exercise rather than being forced to go OSX.

Can say these are nice. I've been using this monitor for a year or so now. Yea it's very very glossy/reflective...but if you can live with that and have an environment/setup that can work with it then they are great. Keen to get another one of the same for a dual monitor setup but I'm in Auckland.

Gluck with the sale.

I am really keen, but (again) I am in Auckland (that makes 3 out of 3 interested people!).

If you do decide that you could/would ship them, please let us know.

Sadly I think without the original boxes it would be too expensive and/or risky to get them up to Auckland. Maybe the three of you can move, we haven't had any earthquakes for almost a week ;)

Lol. Or perhaps we could arrange for one big box to get these couriered up to sunny Auckland :)

Can you not drive them by your Mac?

I have an iMac 27" i7 driving a 27" Dell monitor (matt one) as we speak. The cable to get full res is expensive ($150) but it works well via one of the Thunderbolt ports on the Mac.

An iMac could run them but the resolutions wouldn't match the iMac screen and my company insists on similar hardware because we work in design as well as development so I have to run two Apple Cinema Displays.
